What are your delivery timescales?
Please allow 2-3 working days for 1st class postage via Royal Mail; our postage days run from Monday to Friday so please take this into consideration when purchasing. You can also click and collect the Glide brushes from one of our Stockists please see website for more information of where you can find these.
If you are ordering any GHD products please allow additional time up to two weeks delivery as it comes directly from the supplier: we will keep you updated via email.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and will soon be accepting Clearpay, Klarna and Layaway for orders over £50.
What is your return policy?
The easiest way to return an unwanted purchase is to return the item in its original packaging to the return address with a cover note highlighting the reason for the return. Please include the original order number, email address and name the order was placed under so we can locate quickly.Please allow up to 10-14 working days for the funds to arrive in your account.
